The more detailed information we receive, the more specific we can be in what we create for you. We will do our best to register the domain (website name) of your choice but Herminix cannot guarantee that the name you have chosen is not already taken by someone else. Once Herminix has registered the name there will be a cost associated to changing it should you wish to do so. Please make sure you agree to the name before we register it. Your Website Content will be updated as and when we receive information from you. For this reason your website could be incomplete for a period of time. Monthly payments should be made from the time when the domain is created and cannot be withheld when you did not send us all the information.(Text content, company logo, pictures and contact details) A Basic website is what we call a brochure website which means your website displays information and pictures to a limited degree. No program logic or user login is required for example such a website is your bank’s website where you log in and see information only applicable to yourself. Should you require such a website where your clients or users can log in we will provide you with a special quotation based on your requirements. Your basic website is only applicable to one company and you cannot use this service to market multiple companies. A separate website should be ordered for different companies. Should payment not be received on time Herminix reserves the right to close the site down until a re-connection fee is paid. Herminix will do everything possible to provide you with the best quality website and up-time on our servers but cannot be held responsible for downtime of internet connectivity or other factors outside of our control.
